1. Issue and monitor purchase orders ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
2. Manage requests for quotations and analyze supplier proposals.
3. Collaborate with Heads of Department to define technical specifications and purchasing needs.
4. Support in negotiating prices, delivery times, and contract terms.
5. Maintain and update the supplier and purchase order database and contribute to their evaluation.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electronic, or Naval Engineering.
2. 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables).
4. Good command of the English language.
5. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
6. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across functions.
7. Capability to read and interpret technical documentation.
8. Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Ivalua, or equivalents).

A minimum of 3 years in a similar purchasing or technical buying role is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, or Naval preferred).
