Prada Group Technical Junior Buyer

- Issue and monitor purchase orders ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements.
- Manage requests for quotations and analyze supplier proposals.
- Collaborate with Heads of Department to define technical specifications and purchasing needs.
- Support in negotiating prices, delivery times, and contract terms.
- Maintain and update the supplier and purchase order database and contribute to their evaluation.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Mechanical, Electronic, or Naval Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (macros, advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Good command of the English language.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and across functions.
- Capability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Ivalua, or equivalents).

A minimum of 3 years in a similar purchasing or technical buying role is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronic, or Naval preferred).
