Prada Group Talent Acquisition Intern

- Support the Talent Acquisition team across the full recruitment cycle for internship roles, from job posting to offer follow-up.
- Draft and publish internship vacancies on job boards, university portals and internal channels.
- Screen CVs, identify suitable candidates and conduct initial HR interviews when required.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and liaise with hiring managers and interview panels.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment process and provide timely status updates.
- Support activation and administration of internship agreements, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Liaise with universities, candidates and internal stakeholders to manage internship formalities and onboarding timelines.
- Monitor regulatory and internal policy compliance related to internships and support onboarding activities for new interns.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
- Demonstrable interest in recruitment and talent acquisition processes.
- Excellent organisational skills with proven attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; professional candidate-facing manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Fluent English and mandatory fluency in Italian.

No specific length of prior professional experience is required; suitable candidates typically have academic exposure to HR/recruitment and may have completed relevant internships, campus recruiting activities or university placement programmes.
