1. Support the implementation of sustainability, traceability, and circularity initiatives and projects.
2. Contribute to the creation of programs and coalitions aimed at reducing Scope 3 footprint through resource efficiency.
3. Assist partners with process innovation and sustainability topics.
4. Monitor Sustainability KPIs and targets, focusing on key raw materials.
5. Support annual sustainability reporting and data collection for the Group.
6. Collaborate with research and procurement departments on sustainability projects.
7. Deliver sustainability training for suppliers and internal stakeholders.
8. Assist procurement departments with managing the Group’s portals and supplier inquiries regarding sustainability and traceability.
9. Manage data gathering for the development and maintenance of LCA calculation models.
10. Benchmark best practices in sustainability and implement improvements to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
11. Contribute to initiatives that promote awareness of lower impact materials and products within the Company's culture.

1. Technical background in engineering, environmental science, economics, or chemistry.
2. Sound knowledge of sustainability topics and regulations.
3. Previous experience in fashion and/or production is advantageous.

1. Proven program management skills with the ability to operate in interdisciplinary fields.
2. Excellent analytical skills.
3. Outstanding communication skills and a proactive attitude.
4. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Previous experience in fashion and/or production is considered a plus.

Technical background in engineering, environmental science, economics, or chemistry.
