- Support the implementation of sustainability, traceability, and circularity initiatives and projects
- Contribute to the creation of new programs on resource efficiency to reduce Scope 3 footprint
- Support partners in process innovation and sustainability topics
- Monitor Sustainability KPIs and targets for key raw materials
- Support the Group’s annual sustainability reporting and data collection
- Contribute to the development and management of sustainability projects with research and procurement departments
- Deliver sustainability trainings for suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Support procurement departments in managing the Group’s portals and supplier inquiries regarding sustainability and traceability
- Manage data gathering for the development and maintenance of LCA calculation models
- Benchmark best practices in sustainability and implement relevant improvements
- Contribute to projects enhancing awareness of lower impact materials and products
- Background in engineering, environmental science, economics, chemistry, or a technical field
- Sound knowledge in sustainability topics and regulations
- Former experience in fashion and/or production is a plus
- Proven program management skills
- Ability to work in interdisciplinary fields
- Excellent analytical skills

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to act autonomously and manage working groups
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Former experience in fashion and/or production is considered a plus.
