1. Conduct on-site audits or desktop reviews at the Group’s suppliers.
2. Promote and disseminate a culture of health and safety throughout the entire production chain, in alignment with the company’s Code of Ethics and Supplier Code of Conduct.
3. Verify supplier compliance with current Health & Safety and environmental regulations.
4. Follow up on corrective actions to ensure timely and proper implementation.
5. Support the Prada Group’s industrial HSE Managers.
6. Perform risk assessments within the company.
7. Prepare and deliver Health & Safety training to Prada Group personnel.
8. Implement and monitor compliance with Health & Safety procedures within the company, including checking the use of PPE, monitoring workplace accidents, drafting emergency management procedures, and conducting drills.

1. Degree in Humanities, Economics, or Law.

1. Knowledge of sustainability topics including working conditions, occupational health and safety, environmental protection, and business ethics.

3–4 years of experience in a similar role.
