1. Manage the full lifecycle of new store and facility projects from initial planning to grand opening.
2. Establish and maintain CAPEX budgets and project timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
3. Serve as the central communication hub between internal departments, external vendors, and landlords.
4. Ensure all constructions meet global brand standards and comply with local building codes and safety regulations.
5. Provide regular bilingual progress reports to executive leadership, highlighting risks and mitigation strategies.

1. Minimum 7–10 years of experience in project management within retail expansion, hospitality, or commercial interior fit-outs.
2. Native-level proficiency in Japanese and fluent/business-level English.
3. Proven track record of independently delivering projects with minimal supervision.
4. Strong understanding of Japanese construction processes, permitting, and vendor landscape.
5. Experience in travel frequency and budget management.

1. Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or similar project management tools.
2. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
4. Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 7–10 years in project management, specifically in retail expansion, hospitality, or commercial interior fit-outs.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
