Prada Group Senior Accountant

1. Handle full sets of accounts including sales and collection, expenses and payables, general ledger, assets and stocks management, intercompany transactions and balances, and cash and bank balances.
2. Assist in managing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth workflow and productivity.
3. Prepare and reconcile monthly sales cut-off and provide related reports, ensuring compliance with local and corporate requirements.
4. Prepare monthly VAT and Corporate Income Tax Return (PND 50).
5. Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts, analyzing variances, and ensuring alignment with organizational financial goals.
6. Support the preparation of monthly cash flow reports using both direct and indirect methods.
7. Review financial reports, provide recommendations for improvements, and ensure adherence to group accounting policies and local accounting standards.
8. Ensure timely accounts closing and submission of financial reports, finance-related and tax-related schedules.
9. Liaise with external and internal auditors.
10. Participate in any special accounting-related projects.

1. Bachelor degree in accounting or related fields

1. SAP experience is a must
2. Proficiency in both English and local language, verbal and written
3. Positive mindset with proactive and positive attitude

At least 7 years of experience in accounting function.
