1. Manage comprehensive accounting tasks, including sales, collections, expenses, payables, general ledger, asset and stock management, intercompany transactions, and cash and bank balances.
2. Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
3. Prepare and reconcile monthly sales cut-off, providing related reports and ensuring compliance with local and corporate standards.
4. Prepare monthly VAT and Corporate Income Tax Returns (PND 50).
5. Aid in budget and forecast preparation, analyze variances, and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
6. Support the preparation of monthly cash flow reports using both direct and indirect methods.
7. Review financial reports, recommend improvements, and ensure adherence to group accounting policies and local standards.
8. Ensure timely closure of accounts and submission of financial, finance-related, and tax-related reports.
9. Coordinate with external and internal auditors.
10. Participate in special accounting-related projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields
2. Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting

1. Proficiency in SAP
2. Fluency in English and the local language, both verbal and written
3. Positive mindset with a proactive attitude

A minimum of 7 years in an accounting function, demonstrating expertise in managing comprehensive financial operations and reporting.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields
