- Manage the buying and retail merchandising functions for designated brands and categories to optimize business volume while adhering to the Group's fashion direction.
- Participate in the Master Selection for the category of responsibility in Milan as required by HQ Merchandising.
- Provide feedback to the Group on collection and product development to maximize regional business potential.
- Review and manage budget and buying processes for Direct & DF channels, ensuring alignment with brand direction while optimizing commercial potential.
- Negotiate Open-to-Buy (OTB) with HQ Merchandising/Planning in case of budget issues.
- Consolidate regional orders for presentation to HQ Merchandising.
- Oversee order entry processes and participate in order reviews with local buyers and HQ Directors.
- Monitor sell-through rates, consolidate and propose reorder requests as necessary.
- Communicate frequently with HQ MD regarding sales and sell-through performance to ensure target achievement.
- Oversee deliveries to ensure satisfactory stock levels and sales performance.
- Coordinate merchandise replenishment for all shops to ensure proper merchandising.
- Provide quantitative information on monthly sales targets, stock delivery, and new merchandise delivery to all stores.
- Prepare and approve replenishment and special merchandise transfers for all store locations.
- Prepare stock requisitions to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business review reports for HQ MD.
- Consolidate and aid in the creation of Competitor’s Market Trend Reports for HQ.
- Provide constant product feedback and development ideas to HQ Merchandising.
- Examine project briefs for new store openings and validate or revise merchandising plans before submission to HQ.
- Coordinate new store orders with HQ MD and follow up on merchandise delivery for openings.
- Support new store openings physically as required, ensuring proper product training and knowledge for shop staff.
- Follow up on new store performance and take corrective action regarding product mix and stock levels.
- Ensure proper product training for sales personnel and prepare seasonal product training materials for all stores.
- Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising team to verify visual aspects from both image and commercial perspectives.
- Oversee the application of Visual Merchandising guidelines within the region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Over 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury or fashion industry.
- Proficient in data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a retail team and store environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sense of accountability and reliability.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Korean.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury or fashion industry is required.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
