1. Participate in the design and revision of work procedures in assigned production areas.
2. Implement improvement projects using key Lean Production methods.
3. Analyze workload balancing across departments.
4. Conduct time studies and evaluate work methods.
5. Apply and monitor the 5S methodology in selected areas.
6. Analyze and monitor daily departmental KPIs.

1. Bachelor's degree in scientific disciplines such as Industrial Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or Mathematics.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering.
3. Experience in the Fashion & Luxury industry is a significant advantage.

1. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
2. Knowledge of Lean Production methodologies.
3. Strong organizational and planning skills.
4. Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
5. Flexibility, teamwork, and cooperation.
6. Priority management skills.
7. Good command of the English language.

A minimum of 5 years in process engineering, with a preference for experience within the Fashion & Luxury sector.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
