Prada Group Production Coordinator

- Execute assigned phases of the production process, including launches, progress tracking, and completions, under the supervision of the Production Office Manager.
- Analyze the availability and arrival of raw materials necessary for production launches.
- Recommend assignments to subcontractor workshops in alignment with the Production Plan and guidance from the Production Office Manager and Quality Control Inspectors.
- Initiate and complete production orders in accordance with company procedures, including issuing warehouse withdrawal mandates, purchase requests, and dispatching raw materials and technical materials to subcontractors.
- Maintain constant communication, directly or through Quality Control Inspectors, to verify progress and periodically monitor production at subcontractor sites.
- Generate company reports to support Production Plan analysis.
- Promptly report any issues arising during production concerning timelines, quality, and costs.
- Convey necessary production information for managing warehouse flows, transportation, and customs procedures.
- Degree or equivalent in economics or a related field; previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in main computer tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and adaptability.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing raw material availability and production progress.
- Excellent communication skills for liaising with subcontractors and internal teams.
- Proficient in report generation and data analysis.
- Problem-solving skills to address production issues efficiently.
Previous experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is considered a plus.
Degree in economics or a related field.
