1. Oversee the entire Upper Assembly process in alignment with the Bill of Materials, establishing priorities and organizing the department to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
2. Collaborate with other internal production departments to ensure an efficient production process.
3. Provide solutions to technical issues that may arise during the production process.
4. Train new operators and develop the versatility of team members to ensure the growth of the internal Assembly Department.
5. Coordinate and develop the team by promoting collaboration and an effective work environment, ensuring a positive atmosphere consistent with the company's values and culture.

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in an Assembly/Industrialization role within the Footwear sector.
2. Experience in roles involving responsibility and team coordination.

2. Teamwork and collaboration skills, including with external suppliers.
3. Goal-oriented, organized, and efficient.

A minimum of 8 years in a similar role within the footwear industry, with experience in team leadership and coordination.
