Prada Group Outlet Training Intern

1. Support the Outlet Training Manager in planning and executing global outlet training projects.
2. Deploy and implement training content across retail touchpoints and maintain the central training library.
3. Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of learning initiatives.
4. Monitor training activities and results, maintaining trackers, calendars and operational documentation.
5. Analyse training data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to improve store performance and client experience.
6. Contribute to initiatives that raise service standards and develop store staff capabilities.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology or a related field (current students or recent graduates may be considered).
2. Fluent English.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an aptitude for stakeholder coordination.
4. Proven organisational ability and attention to detail.

Enrollment in or recent completion of a relevant degree; prior internships or experience in retail, learning & development, CRM or store operations is advantageous but not mandatory. Demonstrable interest in luxury retail and omnichannel training preferred.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Retail, Education, Technology or a related field.
