Prada Group Merchandising Senior Manager

- Coordinate with the Corporate Merchandising team on merchandise assortment and buying execution.
- Conduct product training for regional functions, including store teams, before new season launches.
- Monitor sales and sell-through, initiating strategies to optimize stock and boost sales.
- Review competitor and pricing analysis, sharing qualitative business insights with Corporate Merchandising.
- Coordinate with local Inventory Planning on delivery checks and newness allocation.
- Organize regular store visits to gather feedback on client and product trends.
- Conduct sales plan reviews with the regional controlling team to ensure potential opportunities.
- Evaluate sales potential by event/store to define the open-to-buy split at the category level.
- Provide strategic input for visual setups in alignment with Visual Merchandising and Retail Operations Planning.
- Experience in a retail environment with hands-on knowledge of retail processes and procedures.
- Strong accuracy and precision in analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in using Excel and BI tools to monitor performance and KPIs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Japanese and English.
