1. Collaborate with the Senior Merchandising Manager to achieve sales and sell-through targets.
2. Manage and monitor sales performance on a daily, monthly, and annual basis to meet sales budgets.
3. Develop and implement buying strategies in alignment with the reporting line and headquarters team.
4. Identify target assortments tailored to regional market needs to maximize sales opportunities.
5. Conduct product training for regional teams, including store staff, before and during new season launches.
6. Oversee special projects such as capsules, store events, restyling, pop-ups, and exclusive events.
7. Manage and monitor inventory levels to optimize sales and maintain stable stock levels by store.
8. Conduct extensive market research and analysis to inform merchandising strategies.
9. Foster strong collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Retail, Stores, and other related divisions.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
2. Business-level proficiency in English and Japanese.
3. Over 10 years of merchandising experience in the luxury industry.
4. Experience in a retail environment with hands-on knowledge of retail processes and procedures.
5. Willingness and ability to travel.
