- Analyze marketing performance data from various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing efforts.
- Interpret key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and produce comprehensive reports on marketing campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI.
- Design A/B testing strategies to optimize marketing campaigns and improve overall performance.
- Provide recommendations for adjustments based on testing outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align insights with overall business objectives.
- Identify and recommend effective communication and marketing channels to reach target audience segments.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing strategy and communication channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Measurement Specialist or in a similar marketing role.
- Strong knowledge of various communication and marketing channels, including digital advertising, social media, email marketing, content marketing, events, and traditional media.
- Experience in projects like Marketing Attribution models.
- Solid understanding of market research methodologies and data analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with DMP (Data Management Platform) and CDP (Customer Data Platform) concepts and implementation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
- Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis (Python, R, SQL, etc.).
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Creative and innovative mindset, with a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and technologies.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
Proven work experience as a Marketing Measurement Specialist or in a similar marketing role.
