1. Contribute to legal activities related to the management of the Group's real estate assets using corporate IT tools.
2. Support the legal team in drafting and reviewing lease agreements, concessions, purchase and sale contracts, and other real estate-related transactions both domestically and internationally.
3. Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts for works or service agreements related to the construction, management, and maintenance of stores, offices, and industrial plants.
4. Collaborate with the legal team in handling disputes related to the Real Estate and Engineering area, both in Italy and abroad.
5. Participate in coordination meetings with foreign legal offices.

1. Law degree
2. Legal practice experience is a plus

1. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
3. Ability to work in a team
4. Proactivity
5. Attention to detail
6. Knowledge of French or another language is a plus

No specific experience required, but legal practice is considered advantageous.
