1. Collaborate with the Design and Pattern Making teams to define fabrics, materials, accessories, and customizations for leather apparel.
2. Ensure the availability of necessary materials for garment development and liaise with the Purchasing Department for procurement and delivery monitoring.
3. Manage bill of materials, model coding, components, and colorways.
4. Coordinate with internal and external workshops to ensure accurate product execution.
5. Participate in prototype fittings and industrialization, contributing to process optimization.
6. Manage the entry of finished product orders and monitor their progress until delivery to the warehouse.

1. Degree or specialization in Fashion/Apparel.
2. Over 5 years of experience in Apparel Product Development within the Fashion & Luxury sector, with a focus on leather garments being advantageous.
3. Proven experience in managing VIC/MTO/MTM projects.
4. Autonomy in managing the product lifecycle, from stylistic and technical information management to bill of materials creation.
5. Precision, flexibility, excellent teamwork skills, and goal orientation.
6. Knowledge of pattern construction and garment manufacturing techniques.
7. Proficiency in Excel/PowerPoint and management software like AS400.
8. Good command of the English language.
