1. Collaborate with the Product Office and pattern-making manager to define design lines for model creation.
2. Execute the creation of patterns and model components.
3. Develop paper patterns using CAD software and manually when necessary.
4. Oversee and verify prototype production stages, making corrections or modifications as needed.
5. Analyze and adapt patterns for industrialization purposes.

1. Diploma or degree, preferably with specialization in pattern making or CAD.

1. Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office suite.
2. Strong technical knowledge of small leather goods and accessories assembly processes.
3. Attention to detail, flexibility, and excellent teamwork skills.
4. Proficient in English.

A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in similar roles, with prior experience in sample/prototype labs.

Diploma or degree, preferably with specialization in pattern making or CAD.
