- Lead the delivery of live learning sessions for corporate and retail staff, ensuring engaging and inclusive environments.
- Design, implement, and enhance scalable Learning & Development programs aligned with business priorities, focusing on digital and hybrid formats.
- Develop interactive learning content, including virtual presentations, toolkits, self-paced modules, and digital assets.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement and demonstrate business impact.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners, subject matter experts, and global teams to identify needs and deliver capability-building solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field, with proven facilitation experience in both in-person and remote settings.
- Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
- Fluency in English and Italian, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong command of digital learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams, LMS).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Miro).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead virtual rooms with energy and impact.
- Agile and learner-centric mindset, passionate about enabling growth in a global luxury context.
Minimum 5 years in Learning & Development or a related field, with proven experience in facilitating in-person and remote learning programs.
Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Education, or related discipline.
