1. Support market research and data analysis to identify potential new locations using demographic, traffic, and financial data.
2. Assist in monitoring opportunities in key markets by collaborating with local real estate agents and internal stakeholders.
3. Prepare presentations and reports for internal decision-making processes related to new openings or lease renewals.
4. Assist the Real Estate team in gathering and reviewing lease documentation, including insurance and construction requirements.

1. Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields is required.
2. Previous experience in Real Estate or commercial roles is preferred.

1. Data analysis skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, etc.).
2. Good command of the English language (Level B2 or higher).
3. Result-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
4. Genuine interest in the luxury retail and real estate sectors.

Preferred experience in Real Estate or commercial roles.

Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
