Prada Group IT Supply Chain Transformation Manager

- Oversee the implementation and optimization of IT solutions for supply chain processes, including ERP S/4, WMS, and TMS.
- Ensure end-to-end traceability of materials and products to comply with new European sustainability regulations, emphasizing transparency and accountability.
- Develop data-driven strategies using business intelligence tools to optimize demand planning, inventory management, and sustainability tracking.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT systems with supply chain objectives, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system security and compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to IT infrastructure in supply chain operations.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
- Over 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or the IT Industrial department of a large company.
- Strong experience in IT systems implementation for supply chain management, preferably in the luxury or fashion sector.
- Solid technical background with experience in SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Solution and WMS systems; experience with Stealth 400/ST3K is a plus.
- Experience with large enterprise projects in international environments.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with diverse international cultures.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Candidates should possess over 5 years of experience in a consulting firm or within the IT Industrial department of a large company, with a focus on IT systems implementation for supply chain management.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
