1. Design and plan security architecture and technology roadmaps to reduce cybersecurity risk across the organisation.
2. Manage IT security projects from requirements through deployment and post‑implementation support.
3. Administer and maintain core security platforms and tools, ensuring operational efficiency and availability.
4. Develop, update and enforce security criteria, procedures and policies; produce and maintain technical documentation.
5. Act as the first point of contact and technical owner for deployed security technologies.
6. Support internal and external audits and certification activities related to IT security.
7. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (IT operations, networks, infrastructure, compliance) to integrate security controls.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Minimum 3 years’ hands‑on experience in an IT security role involving architecture, administration or operations.
3. Fluent written and spoken English and Italian.
4. Proactive self‑starter with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders concurrently.
5. Strong understanding of network security concepts and practical experience with enterprise security appliances.

Minimum three years in a similar IT security role with demonstrable experience in designing, deploying and administering security technologies; experience in enterprise or retail environments is advantageous.

Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
