1. Lead IT HR initiatives related to the Core HR system
2. Conduct functional analysis of new business requirements
3. Analyze and test new functionalities and reports
4. Maintain and monitor the global data model and objects
5. Provide user assistance

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or economics
2. Ideally 2-3 years of experience within the IT HR sector as a Lead or Specialist

1. Fluency in Italian and English
2. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
3. Experience with Integration Center
4. Data Migration expertise

Ideally 2-3 years of experience within the IT HR world as a Lead or Specialist in a company or consultancy firm.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or economics
