1. Lead IT HR initiatives related to the Core HR system.
2. Conduct functional analysis of new business requirements.
3. Analyze and test new functionalities and reports.
4. Maintain and monitor the global data model and objects.
5. Provide user assistance.

1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or economics.
2. 2-3 years of experience in IT HR as a Lead or Specialist in a company or consultancy firm.
3. Fluency in Italian and English.

1. Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
2. Expertise in Integration Center.
3. Experience with data migration.

2-3 years of relevant experience in IT HR systems, preferably in a lead or specialist role.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or economics.
