Prada Group IT Governance Specialist

- Support the architecture team in defining end-to-end solutions for programs involving multiple IT departments.
- Identify and propose new technologies to address emerging business challenges.
- Define standards and guidelines for the application and technological landscape.
- Establish integration and data guidelines for use by the IT department.
- Develop digital architectures and assist in defining new applications and complex data architectures.
- Conduct periodic reviews of current implementation activities to evaluate architectural evolution and adherence to guidelines.
- Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering fields.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in Retail, Fashion industry, or IT consulting.
- Knowledge of IT processes and services, particularly in the Retail and Fashion/Luxury sectors.
- Strong competence in managing budget and cost control processes, and enabling tools to support these functions.
- Familiarity with SDLC processes for both waterfall and agile methodologies, and frameworks such as ITIL and SAFe.
- Experience in Operational Model design for IT functions and change management for their adoption.
- Ability to design and develop presentations and data views to support IT Leadership.
- Project and program management experience, preferably in complex transformative programs.
- Effective prioritization skills and ability to work across different teams.
- Public speaking, presentation skills, and logical reasoning capability.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
2+ years of relevant experience in Retail, Fashion industry, or IT consulting.
Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering fields.
