1. Support the architecture team in defining end-to-end solutions for programs involving multiple IT departments.
2. Identify and propose new technologies to address emerging business challenges.
3. Define standards and guidelines for the application and technological landscape.
4. Establish integration and data guidelines for use by the IT department.
5. Develop digital architectures and assist in defining new applications and complex data architectures.
6. Conduct periodic reviews of current implementation activities to evaluate architectural evolution and adherence to guidelines.

1. Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering fields.
2. 2+ years of relevant experience in Retail, Fashion industry, or IT consulting.

1. Knowledge of IT processes and services, particularly in the Retail and Fashion/Luxury sectors.
2. Strong competence in managing budget and cost control processes, and enabling tools to support these functions.
3. Familiarity with SDLC processes for both waterfall and agile methodologies, and frameworks such as ITIL and SAFe.
4. Experience in Operational Model design for IT functions and change management for their adoption.
5. Ability to design and develop presentations and data views to support IT Leadership.
6. Project and program management experience, preferably in complex transformative programs.
7. Effective prioritization skills and ability to work across different teams.
8. Public speaking, presentation skills, and logical reasoning capability.
9. Organized and detail-oriented.
10. Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

2+ years of relevant experience in Retail, Fashion industry, or IT consulting.

Master’s degree in Information Technology or Engineering fields.
