1. Thoroughly analyze and comprehend business requirements.
2. Collaborate with clients to define tailored solutions.
3. Engage with teams to resolve CRM-related issues.
4. Assist the development team in implementing minor features.
5. Provide regular updates to the IT Manager for project monitoring.
6. Support external agencies on technical CRM aspects.

1. Proficiency in programming with C# .NET, React, and SQL.
2. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
3. Skilled in developing plugins and custom APIs.
4. Capability to develop console applications and REST/SOAP web services.
5. Proficiency in developing SSIS packages (dtsx).
6. Experience in creating Azure Data Factory pipelines.
7. Familiarity with Azure components such as Service Bus, Azure Functions, App Registration, and App Service.
8. Knowledge of Azure DevOps, Git, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Jira, and Bicep.
9. Familiarity with Azure Synapse Link.
10. Experience in using Power BI and Qlik Sense.
