1. Support store sales staff in cultivating client relationships through outreach and private appointments.
2. Train and strengthen store teams on CRM and clienteling activities, ensuring consistency across the team.
3. Develop, implement, and execute store CRM outreach initiatives, including defining local activities and monitoring performance.
4. Ensure consistent execution of the brand's clienteling strategy and culture across all store team members.
5. Provide individual feedback to store staff on CRM initiatives and updates.
6. Share and encourage clienteling best practices with store staff.
7. Manage client gifting and customer experience budgets to strategically develop client relationships.
8. Monitor and track key performance indicators at both store and individual client advisor levels.
9. Educate and encourage sales staff on the use of digital tools for clienteling initiatives.

1. Luxury retail experience preferred.
2. Strong technical aptitude and digital mindset.
3. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
