1. Provide operational support for HR administrative activities, including the preparation of employment contracts and related documentation.
2. Manage and input personnel documentation into company systems.
3. Monitor deadlines for temporary staff and liaise with employment agencies.
4. Assist in the recruitment process for internal production roles such as cutters, preparers, machinists, and bench workers.
5. Support recruitment activities for roles within the industrial headquarters.
6. Prepare and update recruitment reports for each plant.
7. Update periodic HR reports on absenteeism, sickness, and overtime.
8. Provide comprehensive operational support to personnel.

1. Academic background preferably in a scientific field.
2. Interest in Human Resources, particularly in structured industrial environments.
3. Proficiency in Excel and other Office software.
4. Practical and operational approach with the ability to manage diverse tasks in an organized manner.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
