1. Provide comprehensive HR administrative support for daily operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
2. Manage the HR Information System, ensuring accurate data entry and timely reporting.
3. Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
4. Coordinate activities, processes, and projects within the HR team.

1. Degree or equivalent in Business Management, HR, Economics, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Previous experience in an HR department, preferably within the retail or fashion industry.

1. Independent and structured working style with strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
2. Excellent written and spoken English language skills.
3. Proactive, curious, self-motivated with attention to detail and good time management.
4. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with HRIS systems is advantageous.

Previous experience in an HR department, ideally within the retail or fashion sector, is required.

Degree or equivalent in Business Management, HR, Economics, Psychology, or a comparable field.
