- Gather and analyze HR and business needs to define functional requirements for innovative digital solutions.
- Support IT in the selection, design, and architecture of HR systems.
- Act as a Project Manager or Key User in HR digitalization initiatives, managing timelines, tasks, and priorities.
- Drive change management by training HR users, providing support, and maintaining clear documentation for digital tools.
- Contribute to the People Analytics strategy by developing reports, generating insights, and communicating data effectively.
- Collaborate to ensure data governance, visibility, and accessibility across HR systems.
- Evaluate tool usage, process efficiency, data quality, and user satisfaction to suggest improvements.
- Serve as the super-user for daily HR processes within digital platforms.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in corporate environments or consulting firms.
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Analytics Cloud, and Power BI.
- Experience in Digital Transformation projects, ideally within HR.
- Solid understanding of HR processes and project management methodologies.
- Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business analysis.
- Digital-first, data-driven mindset and continuous improvement attitude.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
A minimum of 3 years in corporate environments or consulting firms, with a focus on digital transformation projects.
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
