- Support the updating and maintenance of employee data in HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with the HR Service Center to manage organizational changes and employee lifecycle activities.
- Monitor data accuracy and enhance data quality across various HR tools.
- Assist in documenting processes and creating training or user guides for internal teams.
- Help track and coordinate system requests or changes with IT and HR functions.
- Contribute to HR digitalization and continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Fluency in both Italian and English.
- Ability to bridge technical knowledge with business analysis.
- Digital-first, data-driven mindset with a continuous improvement attitude.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
No prior experience required, suitable for recent graduates or students in relevant fields.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
