1. Support the updating and maintenance of employee data in HR systems, including SAP SuccessFactors.
2. Collaborate with the HR Service Center to manage organizational changes and employee lifecycle activities.
3. Monitor data accuracy and enhance data quality across various HR tools.
4. Assist in documenting processes and creating training or user guides for internal teams.
5. Help track and coordinate system requests or changes with IT and HR functions.
6. Contribute to HR digitalization and continuous improvement projects.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
2. Fluency in both Italian and English.
