Prada Group HR Coordinator

1. Support employee lifecycle processes and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR procedures.
2. Manage the creation of employment-related documents, including contracts, references, and certificates.
3. Assist in the recruitment process by managing job postings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and liaising with external partners to maintain a talent pipeline.
4. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Store Managers, Retail Area Management, and the Headquarters in Milan.
5. Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
6. Participate actively in the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.

1. Proficiency in MS Office programs and digital/social media.
2. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
3. Quick perception and hands-on mentality.
4. Excellent relational and analytical skills.
5. High degree of autonomy and ability to meet deadlines.
6. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Experience in HR coordination or a related field, with a focus on talent acquisition and business partnering.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources.
