1. Manage the entire employee lifecycle for Central Europe, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
2. Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on HR-related matters.
3. Collaborate with Store Managers, Retail Area Management, and the Milan Headquarters.
4. Oversee onboarding processes and manage administrative tasks for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
5. Provide guidance and support to employees on various HR topics.
6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a focus on Human Resources.

1. Proficient in digital tools and MS Office programs.
2. Strong teamwork and communication skills.
3. Quick perception and a hands-on mentality.
4. Excellent analytical and relational skills.
5. Fluency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in HR functions within the retail industry.

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources.
