1. Support end‑to‑end recruitment activities: profile definition, interview coordination and liaison with Talent Acquisition, external headhunters and academic partners to sustain the talent pipeline.
2. Manage onboarding processes and complete related administrative tasks to ensure efficient integration of new hires.
3. Handle employee lifecycle transactions and personnel changes in compliance with Italian labour legislation and internal HR procedures.
4. Act as first point of contact for employees on routine HR queries and provide practical HR guidance.
5. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to streamline HR processes and increase connectivity across the organisation.
6. Contribute to the design and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

1. Master's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline.
2. Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
3. Discreet and trustworthy handling of confidential and sensitive information.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact across organisational levels.
5. Strong organisational aptitude, attention to detail and ability to prioritise competing tasks.
6. Positive, humble attitude and a demonstrable willingness to learn.
