1. Sustain the Prada Group's cultural journey and growth targets in alignment with the company's core values and leadership behaviors.
2. Enhance collaboration between headquarters and local teams through regular meetings and constructive dialogue, fostering a unified HR approach.
3. Develop talent within the organization by leveraging job enlargement, new roles, and cross-functional or vertical development opportunities.
4. Support initiatives that strengthen the digital mindset within the organization, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
5. Execute key HR processes of the employee journey with a digital mindset, aligning with local business needs and headquarters' guidelines.
6. Oversee labor cost and workforce planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
7. Manage talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management.
8. Enhance employer branding and manage employee and labor relations.
9. Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and yearly HR KPIs and reports for stores and head office.

1. Proven track record in human resources management within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of organizational KPIs and HR processes.

1. Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
2. Proficiency in digital tools and HR software.
3. Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.

Extensive experience in human resources management, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
