1. Assist in the preparation and monitoring of maintenance reports, including Maintenance Ticket, bulk productions, Opex, and Capex Reserve Budget.
2. Conduct periodic checks with the HQ Purchasing Office to track the progress of material and supply requests from various regions.
3. Coordinate with international subsidiaries to oversee the progress of routine, incremental maintenance, shop modifications, and relamping activities.
4. Support the drafting and review of documents for new maintenance contracts.
5. Travel periodically to various geographic areas for alignment meetings with Facility Managers and to inspect stores for maintenance status.

1. Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
2. Experience in a similar role, with retail experience considered advantageous

1. Strong organizational and communication skills
2. Excellent command of the English language
