Prada Group Footwear Production Planner

- Analyze and determine the feasibility of delivery plans based on the production capacity of various manufacturers and the technical feasibility of the product.
- Plan long-term production, ensuring a balance between demand and production capacity.
- Ensure material deliveries align with the production plan and assess the impact of any issues or delays to reschedule production as necessary.
- Collaborate with supply chain, purchasing, and production departments to define production volumes and manage potential challenges.
- Optimize planning processes to enhance production efficiency and reduce delivery times.
- Analyze production data, sales, and market forecasts to develop accurate production plans in line with the Group's brand priorities and objectives.
- Prepare updated reports on current production status and long-term production volume analysis to share with board members.
- Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of experience in production planning, preferably within the footwear sector or Fashion & Luxury industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis to ensure the feasibility of delivery plans and actively address planning stages to reduce production issues.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems and data analysis tools.
- Good command of the English language (B2 level or higher).
- Time management and prioritization skills.
- Teamwork orientation and ability to coordinate with various company departments.
3-5 years of experience in production planning, preferably within the footwear sector or Fashion & Luxury industry.
Degree in Industrial/Management Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
