1. Ensure product conformity to the prototype developed during the industrialization phase, identifying potential production issues in advance.
2. Resolve quality concerns raised by quality control inspectors and intervene directly with subcontractors if technical issues arise during production.
3. Provide solutions to various technical problems that may occur during the production process.
4. Ensure the completion and maintenance of technical sheets for products in production, detailing all phases of work and specifications.
5. Collaborate with the Manager to verify and assess the capabilities and competencies of external suppliers during the initial industrialization phase.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a role related to Industrialization or Assembly within the Footwear sector.

1. Strong teamwork abilities, precision, and goal orientation.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact effectively with external suppliers.
3. Willingness to travel to non-EU suppliers.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in footwear industrialization or assembly roles.
