1. Ensure product conformity to the prototype during the industrialization phase, identifying potential production issues in advance.
2. Resolve quality concerns raised by quality control inspectors and intervene with subcontractors in case of technical problems during production.
3. Provide solutions to technical issues arising during the production process.
4. Ensure the compilation and maintenance of technical sheets for products in production, detailing all phases and specifications.
5. Collaborate with the Manager to assess and measure the capabilities and competencies of external suppliers during the initial industrialization phase.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the footwear industry.

1. Strong teamwork abilities, precision, and goal orientation.
2. Excellent relational skills, including interactions with external suppliers.

A minimum of 3 years in a role related to footwear industrialization or assembly within the footwear sector.
