1. Manage periodic closing records, including provisions, deferrals, inventory valuation, depreciation, and foreign currency revaluation.
2. Handle intercompany reconciliation procedures.
3. Oversee key data and property records.
4. Manage lease accounting records in accordance with IFRS16 principles.
5. Ensure accurate execution of all accounting processes.
6. Assist in the preparation and presentation of the monthly reporting package, including cash flow reporting.
7. Interact with auditors for group report management and statutory balance sheets, and facilitate the publication of their reports.
8. Prepare Intrastat declarations.
9. Provide data and manage relationships with insurance companies.
10. Participate in special projects as required.

1. High School Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Finance.

1. Fluency in Italian and English.
2. Proficiency in IFRS.
3. Knowledge of SAP R3 (FI, CO, AA, MM) and Tagetik applications is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a multinational context is required.
