1. Provide quality, timely, and accurate administrative support to Managers and Directors.
2. Organize internal and external meetings, calls, and video conferences.
3. Assist with travel bookings and logistics in compliance with company policies.
4. Ensure adherence to company guidelines in the preparation of presentations and letters, and support internal management systems such as EVO and SAP.
5. Collect and prepare documents and topics for area meetings.
