Prada Group Fabric Purchasing Specialist

- Assess the requirements for raw materials and plan their procurement.
- Verify the stock levels of fabrics necessary for garment production.
- Process orders and monitor their progress.
- Prepare fabric specification sheets.
- Negotiate purchasing conditions and identify optimal offers.
- Draft supply contracts and purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and workshops for collection and runway garment production.
- Monitor the delivery status of raw materials.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, highlighting irregularities.
- Resolve issues related to fabric quality.
- Manage quality disputes concerning raw materials.
- Ensure adherence to regulations and conformity with Group standards.
- Contribute to the evaluation of new suppliers.
- Advanced degree in Management Engineering or Economics, preferably supplemented by a specialized Master's in textiles.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A minimum of 3-4 years of prior experience in a purchasing office within the luxury apparel sector is required.
Advanced degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
