1. Evaluate raw material needs and plan purchases.
2. Verify fabric stock levels for garment production.
3. Process and monitor orders.
4. Prepare fabric sheets.
5. Negotiate purchase conditions and identify the best offers.
6. Prepare supply contracts and purchase orders, ensuring delivery times.
7. Maintain relationships with suppliers and workshops for collection and runway garments.
8. Check the status of raw material deliveries.
9. Ensure required quality standards, highlighting irregularities.
10. Resolve any fabric-related issues.
11. Manage quality disputes related to raw materials.
12. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards according to Group directives.
13. Contribute to the evaluation of new suppliers.

1. Specialized degree in Management Engineering/Economics, preferably with a specific Master's in the textile area.

1. Good organizational and relational skills.
2. Ability to prioritize activities and focus on multiple projects simultaneously.

At least 3-4 years of experience in a Purchasing Department within luxury apparel companies.
