1. Assess the requirements for raw materials and plan their procurement.
2. Verify the stock levels of fabrics necessary for garment production.
3. Process orders and monitor their progress.
4. Prepare fabric specification sheets.
5. Negotiate purchasing conditions and identify optimal offers.
6. Draft supply contracts and purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery.
7. Maintain relationships with suppliers and workshops for collection and runway garment production.
8. Monitor the delivery status of raw materials.
9. Ensure compliance with quality standards, highlighting irregularities.
10. Resolve issues related to fabric quality.
11. Manage quality disputes concerning raw materials.
12. Ensure adherence to regulations and conformity with Group standards.
13. Contribute to the evaluation of new suppliers.

1. Advanced degree in Management Engineering or Economics, preferably supplemented by a specialized Master's in textiles.

1. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

A minimum of 3-4 years of prior experience in a purchasing office within the luxury apparel sector is required.

Advanced degree in Management Engineering or Economics.
