1. Assist in the production of digital assets and support the development of visual guidelines for e-commerce.
2. Prepare newsletters and digital materials, ensuring brand consistency and engaging visual storytelling.
3. Contribute to image and trend research to support content creation.
4. Support the creation and maintenance of visual content for e-commerce platforms, including websites and WeChat mini-programs.
5. Assist senior designers in crafting user interfaces and interactive experiences for web and mobile.
6. Participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions with a focus on creativity and innovation.
7. Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies, contributing fresh perspectives to the team.

1. Academic background in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or UX/UI.
2. A portfolio showcasing design sensibility and digital projects.
3. Fluency in Italian; knowledge of English is a plus.

1. Familiarity with design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
2. Understanding of basic UX principles and user-centered design.
3. Attention to detail, strong sense of aesthetics, and eye for typography, color, and layout.
4. Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills.
5. Curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to learn.
6. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
7. Knowledge of motion design tools such as Premiere Pro and After Effects is advantageous.

No prior professional experience required, but a portfolio of academic or personal projects is necessary.

Academic background in Visual Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or UX/UI.
