1. Support the planning, development, and implementation of digital and technological store sales projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
2. Collaborate daily with software engineers, Operations, Scrum Masters, QA teams, and UX/UI designers to achieve unified objectives.
3. Work closely with other Product Owners and seek guidance from the Lead Product Owner to contribute to the Product Owners chapter through knowledge sharing and best practices exchange.
4. Assist in defining the Use Case vision, strategy, and goals, ensuring a consistent product experience for customers.

1. Successful studies in business management or engineering

1. Preferred knowledge of store checkout processes
2. Knowledge of AGILE and Waterfall project management tools
3. Familiarity with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira)
4. Familiarity with SCRUM, Agile, or Design Sprint methodologies
5. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and written skills
6. Ability to maintain positive and healthy relationships with all project team members
7. Flexibility and adaptability to change
8. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, diverse environment
9. Fluency in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
10. Proactive approach
11. Team-oriented mindset

No specific experience required, but familiarity with digital product management and retail operations is advantageous.

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering
