- Stay informed on market trends relevant to the department and share insights with relevant functions.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with company guidelines to attract clients and maximize sales.
- Foster a client-centric environment by developing strong client relationships and delivering exceptional after-sales experiences.
- Identify opportunities to attract new clients and grow departmental sales.
- Strengthen client loyalty through clienteling initiatives.
- Manage customer complaints proactively to maintain positive client relationships.
- Foster team spirit and a positive environment through effective communication.
- Promote open communication within the team and lead morning briefings.
- Master company tools and applications, ensuring the team is updated with relevant information.
- Train and inspire the department on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
- Identify talent within the team and propose development opportunities.
- Ensure team development through coaching and regular follow-ups on individual action plans.
- Support the Store Manager in market mapping for recruitment purposes.
- Promote synergy between front and back of house operations.
- Enforce company procedures related to cash handling, inventory, and logistics.
- Contribute to the care of company assets.
- Provide feedback on departmental needs to the Store Manager and relevant teams.
- Ensure efficient back-of-house organization and asset protection.
- Implement company policies and procedures across all operational activities.
- Fluency in Swedish
- Prior experience in luxury or premium brands
