1. Design, implement, and refine machine learning models to optimize marketing communication strategies.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into technical solutions.
3. Manage and analyze large datasets using cloud platforms such as Databricks.
4. Develop, test, and deploy scalable machine learning algorithms using Python and PySpark.
5. Contribute to the improvement of data processes, methodologies, and best practices.

1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.

1. Proficiency in Python and familiarity with PySpark.
2. Exposure to cloud-based analytics environments, with experience in Databricks being a plus.
3. Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
5. Effective collaboration skills in a team environment.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with data science concepts and tools is expected.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
