1. Enhance industrial processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and increase profitability.
2. Lead and develop the improvement of production processes by promoting Lean Manufacturing culture to continuously improve performance metrics such as efficiency, OTD %, lead time, and defect rates.
3. Ensure optimization of factory layout at both macro and micro levels, focusing on space optimization, material flow, and overall production flows.
4. Align processes with quality standards in collaboration with both plant-level and central quality functions.
5. Drive and support change processes by measuring performance, resolving issues, and implementing necessary actions to achieve project targets.
6. Participate in continuous improvement events or Kaizen projects aimed at waste reduction, efficiency loss reduction, process quality improvement, and ergonomic enhancements.
7. Provide operational instructions for correct sizing, balancing of production departments, assembly sequences, and critical points.
8. Facilitate the introduction of innovations and automation in production and support the vertical integration of currently outsourced processes.

1. Degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
2. 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role within production facilities
3. Preferred experience in related businesses, particularly in fashion and luxury
