1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across departments to meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive brand and product knowledge.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, coordinating with management when necessary.
7. Ensure high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company guidelines.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product theft.
