1. Provide an exceptional in-store experience by welcoming and serving customers.
2. Cultivate and maintain client relationships using personalized approaches, CRM, and digital tools.
3. Engage in cross-selling across all departments to maximize sales opportunities and achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
4. Stay informed about fashion trends and competitors.
5. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the brand and its products.
6. Address customer complaints effectively, involving the line manager when necessary.
7. Maintain high standards of shop floor and visual display in line with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
8. Contribute to store security and prevent product thefts.

1. Strong passion for human relations and sales
2. Problem-solving abilities, curiosity, and interest in luxury fashion, art, and design
3. Experience in building long-lasting client relationships
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Passion and knowledge of the managed product category
7. Fluency in German and English

Experience in luxury retail or a related field, with a proven track record of building client relationships and achieving sales targets.
