1. Organize and lead the Accounts Payable team, setting objectives and monitoring performance.
2. Implement new software solutions and applications within the Accounts Payable domain.
3. Manage the archive of received invoices and related documents, acting as a delegate of the Digital Preservation Manager.
4. Ensure compliance with internal control requirements related to Accounts Payable, including financial reporting and tax compliance.
5. Perform second-level checks on the financial stability of suppliers within Finance.
6. Resolve accounting discrepancies in the internal supply chain by coordinating with other group companies.
7. Support the Finance Director in identifying and implementing process improvements.
8. Collaborate with Tax Compliance to ensure accurate tax classification of expenses, including direct costs and VAT.
9. Work with General Accounting to determine accruals for invoices and credit notes to be received.

1. Master's degree in economics or related disciplines.
2. 5-8 years of relevant work experience.

1. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles.
2. Proficiency in finance processes within multinational groups.
3. Fluency in English.
4. High sense of responsibility.
5. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
6. Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

5-8 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within multinational organizations.

Master's degree in economics or related fields.
