1. Verify received documents in accordance with tax regulations and Group procedures.
2. Reconcile daily retail and e-commerce receipts.
3. Review supplier invoices, including purchase orders, prices, and due dates.
4. Update corporate accounting records in the SAP system.
5. Execute document management tasks such as payment authorization requests, supplier follow-ups, scanning, and optical archiving.
6. Control and reconcile ledger accounts.
7. Support monthly closing activities.

1. Degree in Economics
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role

1. Proficiency in English; German is optional
2. Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
3. Knowledge of SAP ERP software is advantageous
4. Strong analytical and summarizing skills

3-5 years of experience in a similar accounting role is required.
