1. Verify received documents based on tax regulations and Group procedures.
2. Reconcile daily retail and e-commerce receipts.
3. Review supplier invoices, including purchase orders, prices, and due dates.
4. Update corporate accounting in the SAP system.
5. Manage documents, including payment authorization requests, supplier follow-ups, scanning, and optical archiving.
6. Control and reconcile ledgers.
7. Support monthly closing activities.

1. Degree in economics

1. Good knowledge of English, German is optional
2. Excellent proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
3. Knowledge of SAP ERP software is a plus
4. Strong analytical and summarizing skills

3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
