1. Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules.
2. Process invoices, verify financial details, and ensure timely payments.
3. Maintain strong vendor relationships and financial stability.
4. Review the general ledger and perform account reconciliation and aging analysis.
5. Assist in budget and forecast preparation and variance analysis.
6. Compile stock take reports and collaborate with retail for inventory adjustments.
7. Support year-end statutory audit and tax computation.
8. Supervise and review the work of junior accounting staff.
9. Assist in ad-hoc assignments or projects.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting with relevant professional membership preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial field.
3. Experience in a multinational company is preferred.
4. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and knowledge of SAP is required.
5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
7. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting with relevant professional membership preferred.
